Nate Rice was born in 1992 in Dachau, Germany.
She lives and works in Munich, Germany.


In 2018, she completed her studies at a sculpture school in Munich, where she deepened her wood carving techniques. Since then, wood has become a central material in her artistic practice. 

A central theme in her work is the exploration of the transience of decisions. Shifting between wood, painting, and photography, she navigates the distinct processes and challenges each medium presents, emphasizing the versatility of artistic expression.
